SV-P Promotional prints

This card was also reprinted as two different Full Art SV-P Promotional cards, featuring Victini ex as a "Super Rare" card and a "Special Art Rare" card. These cards are given as prizes in various Sealed TCG tournament events related to the Raging Surf subset, held in Asia from October 2023 to December 2023.

This card's Regular and "Super Rare" SV-P Promotional prints were illustrated by Saki Hayashiro, while its "Special Art Rare" SV-P Promotional print was illustrated by Saya Tsuruta.

In Taiwan and Hong Kong

In Taiwan and Hong Kong, the SV-P Promotional cards of Victini ex were released as part of the "Battle for Victini" (Traditional Chinese: 比克提尼爭奪戰) Sealed tournament events held from October 2 to November 5, 2023. Participants are required to purchase and open 15 booster packs of the Raging Surf subset at each event, then use these cards to form a 40-card deck. Participants are also provided with any number of Basic Energy cards and 1 copy of Nemona given out as participation prize (numbered either 053/SV-P or 054/SV-P).[1][2]

Participants who win 3 Swiss Round games of a Battle for Victini event will be given the 051/SV-P "Super Rare" print of the card, and will be able to compete in one final battle against each other to win the 052/SV-P "Special Art Rare" print of the card.[1][2] (In the event of an odd number of finalists, a lottery will be held for 1 finalist to win the 052/SV-P print, and then the remaining finalists will have to battle for the win.)[3][4]

Participants, except those who have already won 3 Swiss Round games, are also able to enter a lucky draw for the 051/SV-P print, with 1 card being drawn for a 16-person event, 2 cards for a 17- to 32-person event, 3 cards for a 33- to 48-person event, and 4 cards for a 49- to 64-person event.[1] Lucky draw winners in Hong Kong will have to answer an additional trivia question to win the card.[2]

In Thailand

The Promotional prints of this card are distributed in Thailand as 057/SV-P "Super Rare" and 058/SV-P "Special Art Rare" SV-P Promotional cards, as prizes for competing in Thailand's Victini ex Sealed tournament events held from October 12 (two weeks before the official release of the Raging Surf subset in Thai) to December 15, 2023.[5]

Like the Traditional Chinese Sealed event, participants are required to purchase and open 15 booster packs of the Raging Surf subset at each event, then use these cards, along with 1 copy of Nemona given out as participation prize (numbered either 059/SV-P or 060/SV-P), to create a 40-card deck to battle with. The winner of the event will receive the 058/SV-P print, while the 057/SV-P print will be given to the two finalists, as well as the winner of a lucky draw selected between all participants of each event (excluding the finalists).[5]
