Settling the dispute
I can understand why you would want to delete the redlinks. However, if it is for a character of the day or other important character, we prefer to have it. That's because it then goes into the list of wanted pages, so we know which articles we need.

Links to nonexistent pages
We need them, you know. It helps tell us what we need. You can still link somewhere without the page existing, because then when someone finally does go on and create the page, it'll have articles that link to it already. TTEchidna 02:51, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
