If you have any questions about how to make the articles look, take a look at the manual of style and other articles in the series (for example, if you wanted to make an article on Route 230, you should look at the pages on similar things, such as Route 109 or Route 4) to get an idea of how to lay them out.
Most specifically, if you have an idea for an article that we don't yet have, you should go on out and make it! Just make sure that it meets notability requirements.
