There has not been an announcement made about the fifth generation of games yet. Therefore, it's not known if there will be an evolution of Mawile, then or beyond then.
Even then, it'd probably not be called Bawile, at least at first. We would at first know of it as something related to its Japanese name, Kucheat, like Gloom (Kusaihana) evolves into Bellossom (Kireihana).
