Dude

Quit spamming talk pages. We will deal with the sprites soon enough. MaverickNate 17:05, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

Origin Sections

There are a few things you should keep in mind when adding to origin sections.

  • 1) If you make a claim as to what a Pokémon is based on, please be specific. Claiming that Kibago is based on "various dinosaurs" doesn't explain much. Specify which features are like which dinosaurs if you must, but otherwise don't add anything.
  • 2) If you make a claim as to a Pokémon's origin, be prepared to back it up. For instance, saying that Milotic is based on a mermaid only works if you can explain what is similar about them. I removed that trivia because I couldn't see any evidence that it was based on mermaids specifically rather than sirens, which were already listed under its origin.
  • 3) If you claim a Pokémon is based on something that isn't common knowledge, apply wikilinks liberally! For instance, you added info on Musharna's origin, and it was good info. However, you needed to link koro and baku, and actually also Drowzee, seeing as it was not already mentioned on the page. Refer to Bulbapedia:List_of_link_templates to find out how to link to Wikipedia or other NIWA sites when appropriate.

Although I had to refine a lot of your trivia and outright delete some of it, there were some good observations there. Next time, just try to add it right the first time, so that no one has to clean up after you. --AndyPKMN 19:27, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

On a similar note: Al, if you are disagreeing with someone about what to put on a page and you all keep reverting each other... then write your reasons on the talk page without putting the offending section back on the page. Otherwise you're still just edit warring. Which isn't good. Cheers. —darklordtrom 05:29, 14 October 2010 (UTC)

File talk spaces

Just so you know for future references, files can't be changed on the Bulbapedia side, you'd need to go to Bulbagarden Archives to request changes. However, I did send a request for a user who can most likely get the correct artwork, so thank you for bringing it up. Cheers~ --P S Yライダー 06:14, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

Reverting edits

Please do not simply undo someone's edit, especially a member of staff, without discussing the issue first. It's considered edit warring, and is against our policy. If you want to resolve an issue, or make a point, make a discussion on the talk page. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:56, 4 May 2012 (UTC)

Signature policy

Please do not sign comments late as per this edit --> Talk:Flabébé (Pokémon) Revision as of 10:54, June 14, 2013 by CoolDudeAl As said in the Signature policy, "[D]o not sign your comment late; this will result in an incorrect timestamp. If nobody else has added the correct attribution yet, you can mark the comment yourself using {{unsigned}}," Remember to sign your name in the future using four tildes like so, ~~~~. Thanks for your cooperation. --Landfish7 15:08, 14 June 2013 (UTC)
