These are tasks that should be simple, but they just require a bit of time. They also generally shouldn't require referencing anything outside of Bulbapedia.
If you want to take up one of these tasks, let me know if you complete it (maybe hit me at User talk:Tiddlywinks if I don't notice here) so I can remove it from this page.
Tasks
- NPCs by region (please create as userpages to start)
- We have some NPC pages like Helena that have far too little. It might help if List of game characters gave more info than a bunch of names/pictures. So I think it'd be nice to have lists per region with a bit more information.

- Template documentation
- We've got a lot of templates that don't have any documentation. If you can understand templates well enough, feel free to create documentation subpages for them and we'll add them to the template page. Start with your favorite templates or look through Category:Templates.
- Examples: Template:AnimeLocationInfobox/doc, Template:MoveInfobox/doc (or if you prefer something simpler, Template:Ndex/form/doc is fine too)
- TM item descriptions
- Through these pages, I realized TMs (TM01, etc) have descriptions... Going through this manually would be very tedious, but if you wanna tackle this, lemme know and I can send you the Gen II descriptions too (or even a whole table of all the TM descriptions). We'll also have to iron out just how to include them; I'd like to have them in each TMtable probably. (Really, this is partly a note to self too. It'd be best to automate this, but I'm just not interested right now.)
- Fill out Category:Methods of obtaining Pokémon by adding pages about all sorts of encounter methods (for a starter, refer to wild Pokémon)
- Create an antagonists page. We should have a page that can list the likes of Blue, Silver, the "teams", and Aether Foundation. (That probably isn't exhaustive.)
- Substitute: As of the Jan 8 2023 edit, I have (mostly? mostly) checked effects between UPC and Smogon and occasional in-game testing (mostly SwSh/BDSP). But a lot of move pages don't mention Substitute. So we should port the substitute effects from Substitute (at least as of Jan 8) to other pages.
- Eliminate
{{tt}}in the infobox and intros of Pokémon Adventures chapters (PS091-PS531?). VIZ as primary. Example - Expand Rescue team camp#List of Friend Areas/camps to at least include methods of obtainment (just check all the area pages)
