"Senpai" is not a "name". Nor is "Goshujin-sama" or probably "Miko-san". They're Japanese words. In English, they are "senior" (as in: seniority in...something), "master", and "priestess" basically and respectively. (It's possible for Miko to be a name, but on balance I wouldn't expect it's supposed to be, here.) Articles for them should not be titled by their Japanese words.
