Are all Pokémon Hidden Ability eligible?
Does anyone know if for Wild Area News, all the Pokémon have a chance of Hidden Ability? If that's the case, it should be noted, since most regular Max Raids are not Hidden eligible. TehPerson (talk) 18:43, 6 June 2020 (UTC)
- That is what they've released so far (more or less: some places it's always HA instead of random; also, Mewtwo had Pressure).

- I’m very new to Wild Area News and Max Raid Battles. What articles would you recommend to become more familiar with how HA encounters work and how they relate to Max Raid battles? I would also like to learn more about how and how many IVs are distributed per star rating in these type of battles. Do certain star or rate % spawn in certain dens, what are the chances of encountering a five star purple beam max raid battle? I’m sorry for all the questions, I am just having a lot of trouble finding these answers and didn’t know where to ask. - There's not necessarily anything special about any sort of "Hidden Ability encounter". Oftentimes, if a Hidden Ability is available (especially in an "encounter"), it's just a random chance. Just read about the ways HAs are available (and perhaps mechanics) to figure out if it's random or not.
- Purple beams are not possible for Wild Area News (this is in the intro).
- Higher ratings generally give more IVs. I will be redoing our Wild Area News presentation in the near future to include more than the basic details, including IVs. Tiddlywinks (talk) 03:29, 8 June 2020 (UTC)

Dates of the first raid
Hello, the first Wild Area News is mentioned here to finish on December 4, 2019, but on the source attached, it is written to end on January 9, 2020. Do you know why the two dates are not the same? Thanks. --Matt.(talk, discuter) 13:04, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
