Mysterious Springs
I upgraded the mountain and the park to level 3. No springs appeared. I upgraded the mine to level 3. No springs. Only when I upgraded the ponigiri shop to level 2 that i got the springs. I think the method to acheive the springs is linked to the ponigiri shop and NOT the aforementioned method.
