Flower Gift is not extended to allies with Utility Umbrella. Moves that have no charge in sun/rain continue their charge time after a Utility Umbrella is knocked off, and moves that charge that would have their damage boosted in sun/rain do not receive a boost when a Utility Umbrella is given after the charge.
