About the Pokémon...
During the little montage of Nurse Joy helping the sick Pokémon, it also shows her in her kayak traveling to different islands. And she mentions that she travels to islands that are too small for their own Pokémon Center. Thus I don't think any of the Pokémon listed here (save for Magikarp/Gyarados) are from the island that Nurse Joy is based at. In fact she left the island for sure to treat the baby Seel. --ケンジのガール 10:51, 27 June 2011 (UTC)

- Agreed, it should be renamed. I can only presume it was named Deserted Island because it has this name on the Orange Island map. XVuvuzela2010X 15:53, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
- Well the main island where the pokemon center is only house nurse joy. the other islands are not part of the main island. -Pokeant 22:46, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
