There is no In the anime section for Silcoon, why?--KukiTalk 15:36, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- Because nobody made it. MathijsP 15:44, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
Then we have to do it--KukiTalk 15:48, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
In all pictures I've seen Silcoon and Cascoon has spikes while the Pokémon that May and Jessie owned has none. Can anyone explain this to me. Laxafett 13:31, 30 May 2009(UTC)
- Huh. I dunno. Actually, I think if you look closely at May's Silcoon and Jessie's Cascoon, the spikes are folded down on their bodies. I think they extend them to shoot String Shot. Just a theory, of course. Missingno. Master wants YOU! Join the Order of the Glitch! (my talk page) 12:38, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- I believe those are not spikes, but rather strings shot in every direction to secure themselves still in a place. It's like Diglett's ground, appearing on every sprite, but not necessarily a part of their bodies. --Kaoz 12:44, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
- I believe that, in "reality", these spikes are only out when the Silcoon or Cascoon is clinging to a tree, since that is what they are for. Anyway, if you haven't already seen it, check out http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Cascoon_(Pok%C3%A9mon)#Trivia. --sHoggard - rookie Pokéwiz 20:34, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
|| Ash's Pokédex
|| Silcoon, the Cocoon Pokémon. Silcoon is the evolved form of Wurmple. Using its thread to attach itself to a treebranch, it waits to evolve to its next stage. When it grows thirsty, it drinks the dew that collects on its string.
| This concludes the entries from the Advanced series.
According to the Trivia, Silcoon can learn Bug Bite when it evolves from Wurmple in Platinum. If this is true, then can someone add a "By Evolving" title or something. I shouldn't - I'm a rookie, and may upset someone by doing it wrong...
Don't forget - the same thing goes for Cascoon! --sHoggard - rookie Pokéwiz 20:46, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
