The "personality and characteristics" section only applied for anime Pokémon that have pages. Nami's Talonflame doesn't have a page of its own, so it does not need a "personality and characteristics" section. It is also unlikely to get an article of its own.--ForceFire 03:22, 8 August 2014 (UTC)
