- It does now. Though I still have to find the IDs of "Distant Land" and "Fateful Encounter". I also am curious about "Special Area" which has the same ID as "Celadon Dept." in the old list. I would note this but it could possibly be an error on the creator's part. I also noticed that Birth Island and Navel Rock appear twice on the list for some reason.--EV Love 22:20, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Well I figured out that Birth Island and Navel Rock appear twice because they were FR/LG locations that needed to be remade for Emerald. Now I'm trying to figure out why Meteor Falls, Fiery Path, and Jagged Pass have two IDs.--EV Love 16:48, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

0x37 in emerald - granite cave
The list differs from the list in PokemonMaker at 0x37=55. I happen to have Zubat with 0x37 as locationbyte and on (german) emerald, the screen lists it as "Granithöhle" (Granite Cave)- not Battle Tower. --TCCPhreak (talk) 13:25, 30 March 2013 (UTC)

Seems both RS and Emerald use this, while as far as I saw Granite Cave is where Battle Tower is.
Aqua/Magma Hideout
I may end up testing this myself later, but if the Aqua Hideout from Sapphire and the Magma Hideout from Ruby share the same index number (such that a Pokémon met in the Aqua Hideout in Sapphire would appear to be met in the Magma Hideout when traded to Ruby), what would the location be displayed as in Emerald? I would assume Aqua Hideout (since in Emerald, the Aqua Hideout is located where the Aqua/Magma Hideout is located in RS), but Emerald also appears to have separate indices for both the Aqua Hideout and Magma Hideout in that game. However, it's also possible that one of the new indices is not used (if any, it would be the Aqua Hideout); this could be tested by trading Pokémon obtained in the Aqua Hideout and Magma Hideout in Emerald to Ruby and Sapphire. --SnorlaxMonster 11:58, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
- Ahh, I just checked my Sapphire, and I have a Pokémon I intentionally hatched in the Aqua Hideout last time I was investigating this stuff. The met location in Sapphire is simply "HIDEOUT". Celadon Dept. Store
If you hatch a Pokémon in the Celadon Dept. Store it will use location #196 on the status screen. But only while you're in the dept. store. Outside of the dept. store it will use #094. Maybe that should be added to the page... Kamon (talk) 18:05, 31 August 2016 (UTC)
Background color of the table
