Max Raid Battle
So I was in a Max Raid and the Togepi used Life Dew and a message popped up saying that Maractus's Water Absorb made it unaffected. - unsigned comment from AztecCroc (talk • contribs)

- Yes, even status moves are affected by Water Absorb. If you use Life Dew, any allies with Water Absorb will be healed by Water Absorb instead of Life Dew. However, if Water Absorb would heal a Pokémon with full HP, instead you just get a message stating that the Pokémon was unaffected.
