Misdreavus is shown to like causing pranks, as seen in JN009, when along with Stantler, it created illusions to try and stop Goh, Ash, Kurio, and Jiei from climbing the Bell Tower. Misdreavus is shown to be clever and manipulative, as seen in JN023, when it saw an opportunity from Scyther slicing through the tree it came up with idea to teamed up with Sandile to appear strong to the other Pokémon so they could trick them into giving up their own food.
