DJ Ben

His Japanese name is Se-ji in katakana spelling, which means it's probably Seiji. So can I change his name from Sage to Seiji? Eevee-Girl 14:59, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

It's "Sage". Seiji is spelled セイジ; Sage has an elongated say, which equals セー (sei/say). Also meaning it's two syllables. Seiji's three. Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 15:20, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

I guess this is a topic that can be disputed forever, but I don't find it unusual in katakana Japanese to replace エイ with エー. And it's just my opinion/intuition that a hip radio DJ might be called Seiji, but not Sage. Eevee-Girl 11:38, 19 August 2011 (UTC)

Obviously not, because there have been candidates for merging sitting in the category for multiple years. MaverickNate 14:45, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

IT MUST STAY. MAYBE IF SOMEONE (NOT ME) TOLD WHAT DAYS HE PLAYS WHAT MUSIC, WE WOULD HAVE A GREAT ARTICLE. MY VOICE HAS BEEN HEARD! - unsigned comment from Jellybelly111 (talkcontribs)

I'm going to say that this is barely notable enough to warrant an article. I'm on the fence. There are plenty of stubs equally as short as this, and I don't know where we could merge it to. Do we have a Non-notable anime characters article? I could potentially see lopping it in with the Radio section of the Pokégear article... anyone for that? --P o L i 14:26, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
I think you mean game, maybe a merge into an article about the radio show itself (this would need to be created)? I think someone may have been creating an article in their userspace about DJ's, providing another possible merge. The only thing this guy has going for him is a name, and in most other languages he is referred to as presenter (or variation of) and nothing more, do any other articles link to this other than those provided by the NPC table and the names in other languages page? If not, merge for sure, his show may contain a shred of notability (given it talks abnout trainer classes) but he as a character does not. --Spriteit 14:45, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
