Defend Order

Isn't Defend Order a variation on Cosmic Power? Both moves have the same effect, the only differences are the type and the PP. Sphericalice (talk) 16:08, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

Their PP's are too far apart from one another. Defend Order had 10, while Cosmic Power has 20. They would have to be no more than 5 apart in order to be variations, according to this page. Berrenta (talk) 18:42, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
