Can't it be assumed that the Amoonguss that was used to knock out Bianca belongs to Bronius rather than that Plasma grunt? In the battle between the random trainers and the Plasma sages, one of them used an Amoonguss and it can be presumed that it was the same one used to knock out Bianca.
