Japanese Voice Actor

While not absolute proof, Dangoro sounds a lot like Nyarth saying "Dangoro" just with a bit less of a Nyarth's scratchy accent. Because ever since someone put in Nyarth's VA for Roggenrola, I keep hearing Nyarth. --Dman dustin 06:24, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

The credits at the end of the episode was indicate that Inuko Inuyama voiced Dangoro. -- Misaki 21:31, 5 June 2011.
No they don't. She is listed for Meowth only. There is no concrete proof thus far. --ケンジガール 20:35, 5 June 2011 (UTC)

Stone Edge

For looking at the moves schema, Roggenrola should be younger to learn Stone Edge. Also the animation of Stone Edge and Rock blast resemble each other a lot. Is there any implications to convince that it actually used Stone Edge in episode BW0037? - unsigned comment from Quim (talkcontribs)

It was stone edge without a doubt. Also, Iris did call it "stone edge" at 04:22 if you want to check out yourself. Along with that, the old animation of Rock Blast and Stone Edge was pretty similar but the animation has changed a lot in Best Wishes series and Rock Blast has not been used in this series as of yet so we can't judge it. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 17:33, 5 June 2011 (UTC)
That and Krokorok knows stone edge (and can't learn rock blast) and it's animation is identical to roggenrola's ChromeVoid42 11:00, 6 June 2011 (UTC)

Sturdy

Right at the beginning of the episode, when Roggenrola takes on Tepig's Flame Charge, Iris states that Roggenrola's ability is Sturdy. - unsigned comment from KurowaSan (talkcontribs)

Indeed, thanks for pointing it out. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 14:53, 6 June 2011 (UTC)

Tackle?

Are we sure it used Tackle, it just looked like it was absorbing the blows Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 21:07, 19 June 2011 (UTC)

I don't know about the japanese version, but in the dub version, it is never actually stated that Roggenrola used Tackle. And since Cilan's Dwebble looked like it was using Dig but it was never called upon, should Tackle really be on Roggenrola's move list? :--SuperAipom7 (Wanna chat?) 18:24, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
Somebody needs to check the japanese version of the episodes and further episodes with roggenrolla and see if it uses tackle if not it needs to be removed. --Pokemaster97 19:45, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
True, it was not mentioned in the original version either. It's been removed now, thanks for pointing it out. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 09:21, 2 October 2011 (UTC)

Rock Smash

Not yet an issue until the page is unprotected and the move's unhidden but Rock Smash is a Fighting type attack, not Rock. - Blazios talk 19:41, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Fixed it anyway. Thanks for pointing it out. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 19:43, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

New Move

Roggenrola is also learning Rock Blast. Says right here: 477982381.jpg. And this is the second part: 477983397.jpg.RBK 07:19, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Also this page confirms that Roggenrola's voice actor is Meowth's voice actor: http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/program/detail/21304_201201051900.html.RBK 07:25, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Ability/Trivia

Since the airing of BW106, when Leavanny used Swarm, Boldore is no longer the only Pokémon in Unova to have its ability used in a battle. Infernapefan95 (talk) 15:08, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

JN026

I don't know if today's episode is technically canon, but is there any way to confirm Boldore's origin in the episode?I mean, in addition to the reference to Margikarp Jump.Hikaru Wazana (talk) 00:00, 29 June 2020 (UTC)

No, there is not, the episode left it entirely ambiguous. Because of that, we can not say this was in fact Ash's Boldore. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 00:08, 29 June 2020 (UTC)
