He is the leader of [[Gateway Colosseum]]. He has white skin, blue hair and turquoise eyes. He wears a black suit with a bowtie. He uses {{type2|Normal}}s most frequently.

Joe does not dress up as a Pokémon and, as a result, when the game is played on "All Level 50," the player receives nothing. He is the Leader of the first set of Master Battles at the [[Stargazer Colosseum]] Master Set. He uses {{p|Infernape}}, {{p|Empoleon}}, {{p|Torterra}}, {{p|Aipom}}, {{p|Pikachu}}, and {{p|Staraptor}}. His Aipom, Pikachu, Staraptor, Infernape, and Torterra are probably on his team as a mimic of [[Ash Ketchum]], who had an [[Dawn's Ambipom|Aipom]], and has a {{AP|Pikachu}}, a {{AP|Staraptor}}, a {{AP|Grotle}}, and a {{AP|Monferno}}, which all can evolve in to those forms, of which all but Aipom and Pikachu are final evolutions.
