I know it's not technically true, but could we perhaps set "Victory Road (Johto)" to redirect to this page? While it's technically in Kanto, it serves as the Victory Road for Trainers from Johto wanting to challenge the Pokémon League. On a side note, it would also stop some noob from making a "Victory Road (Johto)" page without realising.
