I noticed you have been editing the <code>User:</code> namespace a lot today. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Instead of making multiple edits, why not use the Preview button (Alt + Shift + P) located right next to the edit button to look at your page and see how it is coming? That way, your page can look great while staying within the required amount of edits. Instead of editing the userspace, as a wiki, we encourage users to edit the mainspace. So, if you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit the userspace more. Thanks! --<span style="color:#E3E3E3">►</span><span style="color:#A2958D">Ҝə</span><span style="color:#C0C0C0">υz</span><span style="color:#BBBBBB">ø8</span> 04:32, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

An answer and a proposition
Pokelova, a few days ago, you asked how a pokémon works, but a jerk blocked me so I couldn't answer. Here is how a pokémon works: a Trainer that encounters a wild Pokémon is able to capture that Pokémon by throwing a specially designed, mass-producible tool called a Poké Ball at it. If the Pokémon is unable to escape the confines of the Poké Ball, that Pokémon is officially considered under the ownership of that Trainer. Afterward, it will obey whatever commands its new master issues to it from that point onward, unless the Trainer demonstrates enough of a lack of experience that the Pokémon would rather act on its own accord. Trainers can send out any of their Pokémon to wage non-lethal battles against other Pokémon; if the opposing Pokémon is wild, the Trainer can capture that Pokémon with a Poké Ball, increasing his or her collection of creatures. Pokémon already owned by other Trainers cannot be captured, except under special circumstances in certain games. If a Pokémon fully defeats an opponent in battle so that the opponent is knocked out (i.e., "faints"), the winning Pokémon gains experience and may level up. When leveling up, the Pokémon's statistics ("stats") of battling aptitude increase, such as Attack and Speed. From time to time the Pokémon may also learn new moves, which are techniques used in battle. In addition, many species of Pokémon possess the ability to undergo a form of metamorphosis and transform into a similar but stronger species of Pokémon, a process called evolution.I will also be posting this link on my FAQ page (but probably not until tomorrow so I won’t be making too many userspace edits). Thanks for asking. By the way, I noticed after reading your user talk page that lots of people got mad at you for editing. They got mad at me for erasing a few freaking comments that users had made. Then, Magnedeth (what a jerk) blocked me for like two weeks! The admins on this site get mad if you even break lines in your signature and give pokémon suggested movesets! Sorry I’m taking so long. I get on one topic, then can’t get off. My mom says I’m out of control, and I think she’s right :D. Anyways, I’m about as new as you, so I’ve got a proposition for you. All we have in this wiki are each other (and the trom. He’s nice once you get to know him.) You seem really nice and inquisitive. Let’s be friends. Write back soon!
