:True, but then again, Mewtwo was shown using Shadow Ball despite not being available until Gen II, or how Donphan appeared despite not being an available pokemon until Gen II (which even then, you pretty much needed to evolve it from a Phanpy.). Heck, [[Ash's Bulbasaur|Bulbasaur]] used {{m|Tickle}} once, and that move was released two generations later.
