::::Ok, if one is to argue that it's not having a myth associated with it = non-legendary, then we might as well say that Mewtwo isn't a Legendary by that same token, since, guess what, it ALSO doesn't have a Mythological background of Any sort. If one wants to get technical, the three birds ALSO don't have a myth Background (so they change the season/weather, that's not the same as being, ohh, i don't know, the god of thunderstorms, or the creator god. I mean, Dragonair can do all three of their abilities at the blink of an eye. The only time they EVER had a Myth in any media was the Anime, and people don't usually count it anyways (maybe I do, but that's not the point.).
