::Why would the dub change the color? Have they ever done that? It's not shiny. There have been drastic color differences before such as pink Gligar. Anime colors are sometimes different from game colors. This one just happens to slightly resemble the shiny version. There was that guy at the Hearthome collection whose Toxicroak was the same color as Saturn's. Two shiny Toxicroak? Saturn's cousin who wanted to borrow it for the collection? I think not.
