'''Tōkyo City''' (Japanese: '''トウキョシティ''') is the capital of the unnamed nation where much of [[Pokémon]] takes place.  It has only been mentioned in [[Takeshi Shudō]]'s {{pkmn|anime}} novelizations, so its canonicity is debatable, most especially since [[Saffron City]] occupies the space where {{wp|Tokyo}} should be if the fictional country's landscape matches that of modern day {{wp|Japan}}.
