The discussion on the Bulbapedia forum has been going on for long enough that everyone should have seen what was going to happen, and what kinds of things are unacceptable. This junk in the user space that has nothing to do with Bulbapedia has been killing the server, and we've put up with it long enough. If you want to store fanfiction on Bulbagarden, that's what library.bulbagarden.net is for.
