However, I realized later that most Victory Roads are disambiguated by the name of the region they're in, with the game only being used if there are two Victory Roads in the same region. :::The Victory Roads that are disambiguated by region are all locations. I do not think of Victory Road in Masters as a location, so I think applying (Pasio) is not the correct choice. I think (Masters) is more sensible, because I think it's a storyline. However, the difference is super fuzzy, as it could well be a temporary location, so it is all up to interpretation.
