:Games=/=anime. You've been around long enough to know that. Just because Wattrel was two abilities in the games doesn't mean the writers have to restrict themselves to just two. The ability was ''not'' called out. The wording used was ''not'' in reference to this one individual's ability nor was it called an ability (特性; the term). The ability's Japanese name is a word that can easily be used in a non-ability context so not every mention of ふうりょくでんき means it's talking about the ability. Just like Whirlwind's ふきとばし was mistaken to be Whirlwind by the dub in EP032.
