::Ahhhh, I understand. In general, the practices on the wiki for Japanese text that has a set English equivalent (think moves, Pokemon names, abilities, and consistent entries like this), it opts to provide what the localised version instead. Admittedly, this isn't the best practice. I was thinking adding <nowiki>"One swing of its mighty tail can snap a telephone pole {{tt|as if it were|literally: in two like}} a matchstick." </nowiki> would be an acceptable compromise.
