This card was included in the {{TCG|Evolving Skies}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Skyscraping Perfection}} expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as a Holofoil {{TCG|S-P Promotional cards|S-P Promotional card}} and was available as part of the {{TCGMerch|Sword & Shield|Era|Dragon Pokémon V Get Challenge}} campaign, which began on July 9, 2021. For every ten Skyscraping Perfection booster packs or every ten Blue Sky Stream booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating stores, customers would receive a Promo Card Pack containing one of five possible cards. The campaign ran for as long as stocks lasted. It was reprinted in the Japanese {{TCG|Start Deck 100}}; Mirror Holofoil and Non Holofoil versions were available in different decks. The Evolving Skies print was reprinted, alongside a {{TCG|Full Art card|Full Art}} {{TCG|Secret card}} with artwork by [[Asako Ito]], in the Japanese {{TCG|VSTAR Universe}} subset. The Full Art print was subsequently released outside Asia in the special {{TCG|Crown Zenith}} expansion.
