At some point | At some point between early 2015 and early 2016, [[Pokémon Bank]] had a bug where transferring a Pokémon between two Generation VI games would fail to properly update this flag. As a result, a transferred Pokémon would be unable to evolve by friendship, due to either friendship-affecting actions or friendship-checking actions looking at the wrong value. Transferring the Pokémon back to its Original Trainer through Bank would undo the effects of the bug (as the non-updated flag now refers to the correct value). Trading normally and transferring with [[Poké Transporter]] did update the flag properly and did not cause the bug. This was later fixed.<ref>[https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon/comments/45wdjt/weekly_questions_thread_15_february_2016/d075691 bernex comments on [Weekly Questions Thread] 15 February 2016 - /r/Pokemon on Reddit]</ref> | ||
