* Not counting the bugged {{game|Ruby and Sapphire|s}} [[National Pokédex]] diploma requirement:

** The diplomas in {{game|Black and White|s}}, [[List of Pokémon by Unova Pokédex number (Black and White)|regional]] and [[National Pokédex|National]], are the only ones to require Pokémon that were {{pkmn2|event}}-exclusive at the time of release (prior to the release of {{game|Black and White|s|Pokémon Black 2 and White 2|2}}), {{p|Zorua}} and {{p|Zoroark}}, which turn out to be only non-[[Mythical Pokémon]] to have been event-exclusive for a time.

** The only diplomas to not require at least one non-Mythical Pokémon included in the corresponding Pokédex are in [[Generation VI]]. Namely, [[List of Pokémon by Kalos Pokédex number|Coastal Kalos Pokédex]] with {{p|Articuno}}, {{p|Zapdos}}, and {{p|Moltres}}, [[List of Pokémon by Kalos Pokédex number|Mountain Kalos Pokédex]] with {{p|Mewtwo}}, [[List of Pokémon by Kalos Pokédex number|Kalos Pokédexes]] with the four Pokémon combined, and [[List of Pokémon by Hoenn Pokédex number (Generation VI)|expanded Hoenn Pokédex]] with {{p|Rayquaza}}. In other words, the diploma for [[List of Pokémon by Kalos Pokédex number|Central Kalos Pokédex]] is the only [[Regional Pokédex|regional]] diploma in the generation to actually require all included non-Mythical Pokémon.
