In Platinum, the second set of rematch teams (~Lv. 30-35) don't become available after defeating Crasher Wake. They unlock sometime between that and arriving in Canalave. | |||
I tried to rematch trainers just after getting the badge but the teams weren't updated. Some potential triggers may be defeating the Galactic Grunt near Lake Valor, curing the Psyducks, reaching Celestic Town, defeating Cyrus and reaching Canalave. | |||
