Arctibax (Pokémon): Difference between revisions

Arctibax may be based on the ''{{wp|Spinosaurus}}'' or the ''{{wp|Concavenator}}'' — fossils of the latter were first discovered in Spain, and it had a crest on its back and quills on its forelimbs, the former of which is hypothesized to have functioned as a tool of {{wp|thermoregulation}}. It may also be based on other sail-backed prehistoric animals, most notably {{wp|Ouranosaurus}} (the mask on it's head slightly resembles a beak), {{wp|Arizonasaurus}}, or {{wp|Dimetrodon}}.
