This card was included in the {{TCG|Fusion Strike}} expansion. In Japan, it was released as a {{TCG|S-P Promotional cards|S-P Promotional card}} and was available during the second phase of the ''Single Strike and Rapid Strike Start Dash Campaign''. During the first phase, customers at participating stores who purchased a {{TCG|Single Strike Master}} booster box would receive a {{TCG ID|S-P Promo|Cinderace V|168}} promotional card and a ''Single Strike'' ticket. This ticket could then be redeemed for a copy of this card between March 19 and May 14, 2021 with the purchase of ten {{TCG|Peerless Fighters}} booster packs from participating stores. The Japanese print features the campaign logo on the right edge of the illustration.
