It has a total of 21 floors, with Quicksand Cave consisting of ten floors, '''Quicksand Pit''' (Japanese: '''りゅうさのどうくつ さいかそう''') of ten floors, and '''Underground Lake''' (Japanese: '''ちていのみずうみ'''). {{p|Mesprit}} serves as the boss of the dungeon, and after the credits can be recruited on subsequent visits. The dungeon is unlocked the day after the player completes the [[Northern Desert]]. After clearing the dungeon initially, it cannot be revisited until after the credits.
