The '''Sensational Sisters''' (Japanese: '''ハナダ{{tt|水|みず}}{{tt|姉妹|しまい}}''' ''[[Cerulean City|Hanada]] Water Sisters'') are a group consisting of {{an|Misty}}'s three older sisters, {{an|Daisy}}, [[Violet]], and {{ka|Lily}}. At some point before the series, the sisters were put in charge of the [[Cerulean Gym]]. However, after {{Gary}} and the other two {{pkmn|Trainer}}s from [[Pallet Town]] defeated them one after the other, they decided to stop accepting challenges and instead perform water ballet shows for the residents of [[Cerulean City]]. Their younger sister {{an|Misty}} would eventually take over their position as [[Gym Leader]].
