Rosie, Voldon and Dusty will use the pre-evolutions of their outfit as early as the first battle, and the evolved forms on later ranks. Marina will only use her outfit Pokémon when the Colosseum rank is at least level 7. This makes Terrell the only Colosseum Leader to not use the Pokémon he dresses up as.
