Paul's Electivire: Difference between revisions

Paul used it as his last Pokémon in his quarterfinal battle against Ash in ''[[DP188|Battling a Thaw in Relations!]]''. Whilst battling [[Ash's Gliscor]], Electivire was shown to have adapted Ash's unpredictability under the hands of Paul to quickly defeat Gliscor despite the type disadvantage. It was then up against Pikachu, which both Pokemon seemed evenly matched until Ash purposefully activated its {{a|Motor Drive}} ability to lure Electivire in for a close range attack. However, this plan backfired as Electivire was able to overpower and defeat Pikachu. Finally, it battled Infernape for the victor. After a heated battle, Electivire used Thunder against Infernape, which after being scolded by Paul for the final time, Infernape activated its {{a|Blaze}} Ability and after a close match, Electivire fell and lost Paul the battle.
