I know that this is my own Talk page, but I don't know where I should ask it. I got on to try to edit my signature and have it conform to the new Signature policy, but when I tried to edit my page it said that "You do not have permission to do that, for the following reason: You do not have permission to edit pages in the '''User''' namespace. You can view and copy the source of this page".
