While en route to Daybreak Town, Ash and ashfr once get lost in the forest. Suddenly, they witness a display of orange spheres falling from the sky in all directions. They then head to the place and while doing so, they are spied on by a Gible. They rush there to find Wilma and a powerful Altaria practicing the same. Wilma then explains that the display they witnessed is that of a move Draco Meteor, a very powerful move only known by Dragon Pokémon. She then takes them to her house and further explains that trainers temporarily leave their Dragon Pokemon under her care so that they could master the move. Suddenly, a Pokemon burrows himself out, right infront of Wilma, it soon turns out to be the same Gible who had been spying on Ash and his friends. Wilma explains that this Pokemon regularly visits her and is also eager to learn Draco Meteor. However, upon being greeted by Ash, Gible proceeds to bite Ash on his head.Ash and Dawn attempt to help Ash get the Pokemon off his head. Instead, Gible proceeds to bite Piplup on his head as well. Piplup jumps into Dawn's arms with Gible still attached, and Wilma simply rubs Gible's body, like a massage, and he lets go and after playing with her, Gible leaves the house using Dig. Wilma then takes Ash and his friends to the same place to resume Altaria's training. Elsewhere, the Jessie, James and Meowth plan to capture Altaria due to her Draco Meteor. Wilma has Altaria demonstrate the technique. A few moments later, Gible reappears to execute the same move, but it fails and crashes down on Piplup, who is unable to dodge the move. Wilma admits that it will be sometime before Gible masters Draco meteor. Ash then decides to take the Land Shark Pokémon under his wing and offers to help him learn the move first. In another attempt, Gible once again fails to execute the move properly and the meteor crashes down onto Piplup again. Irritated, Piplup expresses his displeasure to Gible. Ash then encourages Gible to try again but Gible moves towards Ash and bites him on his head again. Wilma once again comes to help and takes Gible off Ash's head, further explaining these (friendship and trust) are needed to help him to master the move.
While en route to Daybreak Town, Ash and ashfr witness a display of Draco Meteor, an extremely powerful move only known by Dragon Pokémon. They rush over to find Wilma and a powerful Altaria practicing, however it soon emerges that they have been followed by a Gible which is very eager to learn Draco Meteor. Despite some head-biting antics, Ash takes the Land Shark Pokémon under his wing and offers to help him learn the move. Wilma has Altaria demonstrate the technique first. Though Gible fails to execute the move properly and the meteor crashes down onto Dawn, who is unable to dodge the failed attack. Piplup expresses his displeasure to Gible, and Gible bites him on the head. Piplup jumps into Dawn's arms with Gible still attached, and Wilma simply rubs Gible's body, like a massage, and he lets go. Ash tries to command Gible, but this second attempt also fails and strikes Piplup. Wilma admits that it will be sometime before Gible masters Draco meteor.

Then, out of the blue, giant boulders begin falling from the sky and send the group scattering, with Dawn wonders if it a Draco Meteor, though Wilma admits that is just rocks. In the midst of the confusion, a bubble comes down and traps Altaria. TRT fly into view and reel in their catch. They introduce themselves to Wilma, and then fly off in their balloon while the fallen boulders erupt into colored smoke to seal the getaway after Pikachu's and Piplup's Thunderbolt and Bubble Beam fail to break the bubble trapping Altaria.
