:::Hey, sorry for the late reply. For the moves, I always do the Pokémon's moves first and then the Trainer moves. For the other skills, I do those available at level 1 -> 2 -> 3, and roughly in order of the least costly to most costly within each of those levels, but also like grouping skills in a similar location or similar effect together. It's a bit hard to describe in words, and there is no particular hard and fast rule. I'm happy for you to do things your own way while ensuring some consistency overall.
