I want to adapt this to create a surfing, flying [[Pikachu]] I can use as a [[HM slave]]. As far as I'm aware, in Generation II only one Pokémon can learn [[Surf]], [[Fly]] and [[Mega Kick]], and [[Mew (Pokémon)|it]] can't breed (why no [[Dragonite]]?), so I need to use [[Smeargle]]. The question is which Pokémon in that game have those moves so that Smeargle can sketch them. Any advice?
