This card was included as both a Regular card and a {{TCG|Full Art card}} in the {{TCG|Celestial Storm}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Sky-Splitting Charisma}} expansion. The Regular print features artwork by [[Megumi Mizutani]], while the Full Art print features artwork by [[Hideki Ishikawa]]. A Mirror Holofoil {{TCG|SM-P Promotional cards|SM-P Promotional}} version of the Regular print was awarded to winners of GX Ultra Shiny Battle events held at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues across Japan, which required at least 6 cards from the {{TCG|GX Ultra Shiny}} subset to be included in a Standard-regulation deck. All participating Pokémon Card Gym venues held this event from November 2 until December 6, 2018.
