:The base location encounters aren't the only ones that would need call rates. Most allies can call too. Not to mention that there are some, such as {{p|Pikipek}}, who aren't listed because they don't call anything special (and that's specifically done to keep the list from being too huge for little point). It'd work much better as a simple list on its own page.
