'''Lulu''' (Japanese: '''ハル''' ''Haru'') is a [[character of the day]] who appeared in ''[[EP173|Wobbu-Palooza!]]''. She is a resident of [[Wobbuffet Village]]. Just like other residents of that village, she bears a slight resemblance to her {{p|Wobbuffet}}.

When the [[Wobbuffet Festival crashers]] came to town one year before the events of the episode and began to wreck it, Lulu was the one who stopped them with her Wobbuffet. Later, when {{TRT}} came to the village, Lulu was excited to see that [[Jessie]] also owned a {{TP|Jessie|Wobbuffet}}. Lulu then placed a yellow Ribbon around Wobbuffet's head. When Team Rocket was accused of attacking Wobbuffet, Lulu immediately tried to prove their innocence. After the Wobbuffet Festival crashers flee and Team Rocket attempts a getaway, she is upset to find out their true personalities.
