::I think we need staff guidance in this case. Every other example in that category is from ye olden days of Bulbapedia back when we used fanart for Arceus' page because the Sugimori art hadn't been released. Many of our protocols have tightened up since then, and I think this is one of those times. I'll be requesting the staff to look at the issue.
