From October 22, 2016 to March 5, 2017, a Pokémon Research Expedition at Resorts World Sentosa will be held. This also marks the event's first time outside of Japan. Participants would choose from three difficulties based on [[Poké Balls]]. Poké Ball meant easy, Great Ball meant medium and Ultra ball meant hard.
